An unexpectedly hard shot by David Eklund in the 8th minute of play forced Östra Sönnarslöv's goalkeeper Leonardo Biörnberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mats Stephansson was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 23rd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and David Eklund made a kick off. Algot Eklund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aron Kvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice moves Fredric Söderström could shoot a difficult shot in the 59th minute, which Leonardo Biörnberg however easily saved by the left post. Algot Eklund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aron Kvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Staffan Tingelholm sent away a hard shot on goal in the 100th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 101 minutes into the game, Oscar Hernström was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Storfors IK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Östra Sönnarslöv the free kick.
