In the 18th match minute, Husby-Rekarne RK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kenneth Groth to maneuver through the defense. Eric Magnusson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edgar Friberger having to interfere. If Arvid Helander had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Oskar Myhr received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Isac Wickander tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Isac Wickander made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valdemar Brolin in the 39th minute of play. Allan Eriksson hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Arvid Helander struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Edgar Friberger didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Husby-Rekarne RK. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Valdemar Brolin to make the kick off. Leif Jonasson kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eric Magnusson in the 58th minute of play forced Tomteboda RK's goalkeeper Edgar Friberger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edgar Friberger didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Husby-Rekarne RK's Arvid Helander shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-0 in the ordered_time% minute. In the 72nd minute Arvid Helander shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edgar Friberger saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With his leg Isac Wickander managed to avoid a goal in the 86thth minute, when Tomteboda RK's Oskar Myhr fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. A hard shot 88 in the game by Oskar Myhr from a close distance when the talented Isac Wickander managed to make a qualified save. Husby-Rekarne RK's players were relieved.
