Olov Vennerberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 7th minute, Edgar Gallin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Ängelholm's Adam Wallman got a free kick in the 15th minute. Johannes Eliasson's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 17thth minute, Claes Ström skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Casper Abrahamsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Johannes Eliasson in the 20thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Claes Ström, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. With his leg Claes Ström managed to avoid a goal in the 21stth minute, when BK Skoj's Johannes Eliasson fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Olov Vennerberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sten Strömbom, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 29 minutes into the match, BK Skoj's goal looked a bit too open when Sten Strömbom came free, but Olov Vennerberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Ängelholm's Claes Ström got control of the ball when Johannes Eliasson tried to sneak it across the goal line. Claes Ström made an important save on a dangerous shot by Johannes Eliasson in the 36th minute. Johannes Eliasson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Claes Ström made a huge save. Claes Ström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Johannes Eliasson, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Claes Ström came out of the goal in the 42nd minute to try and stop a shot by BK Skoj's Johannes Eliasson. But to his dismay, Johannes Eliasson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. 46 minutes into the match, Johannes Eliasson notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Ängelholm's Claes Ström. Claes Ström was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Måns Vennerdal made the kick off in the second half. Claes Ström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Johannes Eliasson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 52 played minutes Ängelholm got a freekick which was hit by Adam Wallman. BK Skoj's Fredrik Hökqvist got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 57 minutes, Johannes Eliasson made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. Ängelholm's Claes Ström tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When Peter Göransson fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored BK Skoj's protests and gave Peter Göransson a yellow card for diving instead. The goalkeeper, Olov Vennerberg, was totally fooled by Ängelholm's Torbjörn Olsmann, who 65 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. When Johannes Eliasson came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the BK Skoj fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Johannes Eliasson couldn't finish the play. Casper Abrahamsson scored 5-1 in the 69th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Claes Ström, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Johannes Eliasson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Claes Ström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Johannes Eliasson in the 78th minute of the match. Casper Abrahamsson took the ball and in the 82 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Claes Ström. Claes Ström dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-1. BK Skoj's Fredrik Hökqvist managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Orvar Jonasson in the 86 minute of the game. Claes Ström stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Johannes Eliasson's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. In the 89th minute, Johannes Eliasson made a precise shot to the right of Claes Ström. Ängelholm's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 8-1. Johannes Eliasson might have been able to make a better finish in the 94th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Claes Ström. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Johannes Eliasson ran back to his position shaking his head. There was no doubt that BK Skoj were the better team. BK Skoj's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
