When Frank Lundgren fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Brunflo BK's protests and gave Frank Lundgren a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Brunflo BK's Frank Lundgren got a free kick in the 17th minute. 18 minutes into the match, Brunflo BK's goal looked a bit too open when Helge Åhlberg came free, but Jens-Erik Uggla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Niklas Dahlqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 22ndth minute of the game Lars Lundqvist who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Orsa's Robert Åkerberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lars Lundqvist in the 23rd minute of play forced Orsa's goalkeeper Robert Åkerberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Robert Åkerberg made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Niklas Dahlqvist sent off a good shot on target. Christer Bark struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Jens-Erik Uggla didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Orsa. Brunflo BK's Lars Lundqvist got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Helge Åhlberg to make the kick off. After 54 played minutes Brunflo BK got a freekick which was hit by Frank Lundgren. 55 minutes into the game, Helge Åhlberg recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jens-Erik Uggla. Helge Åhlberg showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-1. After having played for 59 minutes, Niklas Dahlqvist managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Brunflo BK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Niklas Dahlqvist was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jens-Erik Uggla made an important save on a dangerous shot by Christer Bark in the 63rd minute. Robert Åkerberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frank Lundgren in the 67th minute of the match. 68 minutes into the game, Brunflo BK's Lars Lundqvist nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Brunflo BK's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
