If Kjell-Arne Linquist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tom Åkerman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Herman Ivarsson made a huge save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Christer Tinglöv in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Folke Kellberg saved Väse from getting behind. Väse's Folke Kellberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Vestberg in the 43rd minute of play. The Väse players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Sunne BFasd were winning 0-2.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Christer Tinglöv to strike the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Sunne BFasd's Peter Gråberg sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Folke Kellberg narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a little luck, Väse's Folke Kellberg got control of the ball when Christer Tinglöv tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 54thth minute of the game Christer Tinglöv who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Väse's Folke Kellberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christer Tinglöv in the 62nd minute of play forced Väse's goalkeeper Folke Kellberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 63 played minutes Väse got a freekick which was hit by Henning Uggla. Folke Kellberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christer Tinglöv in the 65th minute of the match. In the 69thth minute of the game Christer Tinglöv who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Väse's Folke Kellberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. David Vestberg made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 70thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Folke Kellberg would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. Folke Kellberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christer Tinglöv in the 71st minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Christer Tinglöv got free with Folke Kellberg in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Lennart Björck received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Folke Kellberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When David Vestberg came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Sunne BFasd fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that David Vestberg couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Väse's zone, Christer Tinglöv stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Folke Kellberg came out of the goal and Christer Tinglöv tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A hard shot 86 in the game by Christer Tinglöv from a close distance when the talented Folke Kellberg managed to make a qualified save. Väse's players were relieved. In the 88th minute, Väse's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Christer Tinglöv fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. When the final whistle sounded Sunne BFasd left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Väse.
