A collision led to Edsbruk getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Leo Lundström hit a great ball. 7 minutes into the match, Wincent Nienajadlo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Malcolm Melberg. Edsbruk's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Wincent Nienajadlo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. After 10th play minutes Stig-Arne Skålberg shot 0-2, a short shot which went by Malcolm Melberg and just under the crossbar into goal. After 14th play minutes Wincent Nienajadlo shot 0-3, a short shot which went by Malcolm Melberg and just under the crossbar into goal. Wincent Nienajadlo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Malcolm Melberg having to interfere. Sollentuna's Wincent Nienajadlo got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Wincent Nienajadlo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Malcolm Melberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stig-Arne Skålberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Stig-Arne Skålberg in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Malcolm Melberg saved Edsbruk from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Stig-Arne Skålberg in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Malcolm Melberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 37 minutes, Stig-Arne Skålberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sollentuna's supporters crossed their fingers, but Stig-Arne Skålberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 41st match minute, Edsbruk was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leo Lundström to maneuver through the defense. If Stig-Arne Skålberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 46 minutes into the match, Sollentuna's goalkeeper Johannes Dalgren had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Johan Öfverman. After the first half Sollentuna were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Wincent Nienajadlo to strike the kick off in the second half. Edsbruk's Malcolm Melberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save Edsbruk from getting a goal against them. Stig-Arne Skålberg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Malcolm Melberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. Stig-Arne Skålberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 55 minutes into the match, Edsbruk's goal looked a bit too open when Wincent Nienajadlo came free, but Malcolm Melberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stig-Arne Skålberg in the 62nd minute of play forced Edsbruk's goalkeeper Malcolm Melberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Edsbruk getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Casper Rosin hit a great ball. Edsbruk's Malcolm Melberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save Edsbruk from getting a goal against them. In the 68th minute, Stig-Arne Skålberg reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Malcolm Melberg. The goal made the score 0-5. In the 73rd minute, Wincent Nienajadlo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Malcolm Melberg was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. Wincent Nienajadlo who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 77thth minute tested the skills of Malcolm Melberg when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Stig-Arne Skålberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Stig-Arne Skålberg kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Malcolm Melberg. That made the score 0-7 in the 81 minute of play. Stig-Arne Skålberg struck a weak shot in the 97th minute. Malcolm Melberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sollentuna. The Edsbruk fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Sollentuna were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
