Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Alfred Norström took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 6th minute, Spånga's Sten Isaksson seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Sten Isaksson the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Spånga protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Sten Isaksson had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Inge Sundén placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Lars Broberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Håkan Larsson in the 10th minute of the match. Bernt Ahlroth stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Herman Vik's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. The audience was convinced that Håkan Larsson 's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lars Broberg was relentless in the 16th minute of the game. Holger Höijer hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Konrad Hedberg struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. The supporters of Sundborn booed when Spånga was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oskar Gullesson didn't get a good kick on the ball. 33 minutes into the match, Sundborn's Konrad Hedberg sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lars Broberg narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 39th minute Herman Vik shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernt Ahlroth saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Herman Vik sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Konrad Hedberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Lars Broberg made a huge save. The Sundborn players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Spånga were winning 0-1.

The wind increased when Håkan Larsson made the kick off in the second half. After 53 minutes of play, Sundborn's Håkan Larsson made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lars Broberg was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Nils Åkerman fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sundborn's protests and gave Nils Åkerman a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Sundborn getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Nils Åkerman hit a great ball. Bernt Ahlroth was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Rickard Hultin. Konrad Hedberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Lars Broberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lars Broberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Håkan Larsson in the 62nd minute of play. Rickard Hultin hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Inge Sundén in the 65th minute of play forced Spånga's goalkeeper Lars Broberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rickard Hultin charged in rather forcefully in the 71st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rickard Hultin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 70th minute, one of Spånga:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Spånga. The referee gave Sundborn a penalty, 72 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Inge Sundén, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Spånga's Lars Broberg. 2-1. Lars Broberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Konrad Hedberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Håkan Larsson 's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lars Broberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 77th minute of play. After having played for 79 minutes, Håkan Larsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sundborn's supporters crossed their fingers, but Håkan Larsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
