Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Niklas Beckeman made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 3rd minute Kristoffer Åberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jens-Ola Sjögren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Göran Stabbe stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Börje Lönn's shot from short distance in the 6th minute. Hans Vennerström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jens-Ola Sjögren having to interfere. If Hans Vennerström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hans Vennerström who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 12thth minute tested the skills of Jens-Ola Sjögren when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Jens-Ola Sjögren came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by Gemla IF's Kristoffer Åberg. But to his dismay, Kristoffer Åberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Jesper Åhlberg hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Fjälkinge FF's zone, Kristoffer Åberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jens-Ola Sjögren came out of the goal and Kristoffer Åberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jens-Ola Sjögren stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kristoffer Åberg's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. Niklas Beckeman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Niklas Beckeman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Göran Stabbe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Niklas Beckeman in the 32nd minute of play. Kristoffer Åberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Jens-Ola Sjögren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kristoffer Åberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jens-Ola Sjögren having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Börje Lönn in the 47th minute of play forced Gemla IF's goalkeeper Göran Stabbe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Kristoffer Åberg made the kick off in the second half. Hans Vennerström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Jens-Ola Sjögren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jens-Ola Sjögren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kristoffer Åberg in the 57th minute of the match. If Niklas Beckeman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 68th match minute, Gemla IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isac Igelström to maneuver through the defense. Börje Lönn in the 70thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Göran Stabbe, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Kristoffer Åberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jens-Ola Sjögren having to interfere. Niklas Beckeman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Niklas Beckeman came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Fjälkinge FF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Niklas Beckeman couldn't finish the play. Börje Lönn's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 81stth minute, Göran Stabbe skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Marc Ahlin's late challenge caught a Gemla IF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marc Ahlin helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Fjälkinge FF's Marc Ahlin got a free kick in the 84th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Jesper Åhlberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fjälkinge FF's supporters rose to their feet, but Jesper Åhlberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Göran Stabbe breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 92nd minute, Fjälkinge FF's Niklas Beckeman dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
