Ture Arvidsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Niklas Beckeman in the 13th minute of play. With a little luck, Baxrimez BK's Ture Arvidsson got control of the ball when Börje Lönn tried to sneak it across the goal line. With 18 minutes on the clock, Patrick Henriksson commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. 17 minutes into the game, one of Baxrimez BK:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Ture Arvidsson had in the 19thth minute some difficulties stopping Daniel Dahlbom's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 21 minutes into the match, Fjälkinge FF's goal looked a bit too open when Mattias Siggesson came free, but Jens-Ola Sjögren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Baxrimez BK's Mattias Siggesson in the 21st minute got a chance for a shot 21st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Jens-Ola Sjögren made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. After having played for 43 minutes, John Lundberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Baxrimez BK's supporters crossed their fingers, but John Lundberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 44th minute, Roger Wik hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 47th minute Rashko Yurukov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jens-Ola Sjögren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Niklas Beckeman made a kick off. Fjälkinge FF's Jens-Ola Sjögren proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save Fjälkinge FF from getting a goal against them. Mattias Siggesson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jens-Ola Sjögren having to interfere. John Källberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Jens-Ola Sjögren made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Fjälkinge FF's Simon Almstedt got a free kick in the 57th minute. Marc Ahlin kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Jens-Ola Sjögren was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but John Källberg showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-5 in the 62 minute of play. Rashko Yurukov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jens-Ola Sjögren having to interfere. 67 minutes into the match, Baxrimez BK's goal looked a bit too open when Niklas Beckeman came free, but Ture Arvidsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Mattias Siggesson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When John Källberg came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Baxrimez BK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that John Källberg couldn't finish the play. Rashko Yurukov might have been able to make a better finish in the 73rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jens-Ola Sjögren. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rashko Yurukov ran back to his position shaking his head. Mattias Siggesson took the ball and in the 74 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jens-Ola Sjögren. Jens-Ola Sjögren dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. Simon Almstedt hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Baxrimez BK's Tony Rudqvist got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jens-Ola Sjögren didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from John Lundberg went, in the 84th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-8 was the resulting score. Mattias Siggesson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Jens-Ola Sjögren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jens-Ola Sjögren made an important save on a dangerous shot by John Lundberg in the 89th minute. Jens-Ola Sjögren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tony Rudqvist in the 91st minute of play. Jens-Ola Sjögren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from John Källberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. If Mattias Siggesson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Baxrimez BK's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
