Leksands IF's defense didn't have a chance, in the 9th minute, when Erik Termander scored to the left of an out of position Mikael Hellgren, making the score, 1-0. In the 15th match minute, Östra Ryd was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ingvar Waller to maneuver through the defense. In the 18th minute Per-Oskar Kristiansson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yiğit Can Altunay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 20 minutes into the match, Leksands IF's Torsten Brask sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Yiğit Can Altunay narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After having played for 29 minutes, Torsten Brask managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Leksands IF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Torsten Brask was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Harald Andreasson charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Harald Andreasson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 31 minutes into the game, one of Östra Ryd:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Michael Johnsson placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! When Östra Ryd's Erik Termander in the 38th minute got a chance for a shot 38th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Torsten Brask was the one to do the kick off. Per-Oskar Kristiansson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yiğit Can Altunay having to interfere. Mattias Pettersson hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. A collision led to Östra Ryd getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Jan-Erik Åhlberg hit a great ball. Percy Penha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Mikael Hellgren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Torsten Brask received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Yiğit Can Altunay came out and tried to block the shot, but Torsten Brask slotted it home off the left post making it 3-1 in the 77th minute. A collision led to Östra Ryd getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Jan-Erik Åhlberg hit a great ball. Östra Ryd's Yiğit Can Altunay played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Agne Mickelsson in the 81st minute of play. After 85 minutes, Erik Termander mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Östra Ryd and the Leksands IF players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 85th minute, Erik Termander hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
