In the 10th minute, Jörgen Bjurström got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Jörgen Bjurström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Esbjörn Asmundsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jörgen Bjurström in the 20th minute of the match. In the 20th match minute, Mozarella FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pontus Danielsson to maneuver through the defense. In the last second Esbjörn Asmundsson throw himself and got hold of the ball when Jörgen Bjurström in the 23rdth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. In the 24th minute of the match Nils Liedholm IF got a corner. Mozarella FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Marc Juhlin ran over to the corner to take the kick. It was a well-played corner which Kalle Norström managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Jörgen Bjurström in the 27thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Esbjörn Asmundsson, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Ingvar Zander made the kick off in the second half. Jörgen Bjurström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Esbjörn Asmundsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Jörgen Bjurström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Birger Kleen struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Esbjörn Asmundsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nils Liedholm IF. Nils Liedholm IF's Zebastian Österlund got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Mozarella FC's Douglas Stephansson got a free kick in the 89th minute. After 94 minutes Mozarella FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Marc Juhlin who took care of the corner kick. Nils Liedholm IF's Marc Juhlin was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Esbjörn Asmundsson in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. When Jörgen Bjurström came up free with the goalie in the 98th minute, the Nils Liedholm IF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jörgen Bjurström couldn't finish the play. There was no doubt that Nils Liedholm IF were the better team. Nils Liedholm IF's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
