The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Per Jonasson charged in rather forcefully in the 4th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Per Jonasson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Överlida's Per Jonasson got a free kick in the 4th minute. Sigvard Njureniuss short, quick shot in the 5thth minute got Lucas Målare to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 12 minutes into the game, Oxel Moron cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Lucas Målare was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With his leg Lucas Målare managed to avoid a goal in the 14thth minute, when Manchester United's Sigvard Njurenius fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 21 minutes into the match, Överlida's goalkeeper Lucas Målare had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Maximilian Browald. An unexpected shot in the 23rd minute by Sigvard Njurenius got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Lucas Målare was a little too slow when Jakob Caspersson got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 24th minute. The score was now 4-0. Lucas Målare was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Sigvard Njurenius showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 5-0 in the 28 minute of play. If Oxel Moron had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Överlida's Lucas Målare proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Överlida from getting a goal against them. Per Jonasson got his second yellow card in the match during the 37th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After a rather tough play, Överlida's Karl-Magnus Kilman got a free kick in the 41st minute. When Stig Örtlund came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Manchester United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Stig Örtlund couldn't finish the play. Oxel Moron received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Lucas Målare came out and tried to block the shot, but Oxel Moron slotted it home off the left post making it 6-0 in the 44th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 6-0 at half-time.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Stig Tunander to make the kick off. Stig Tunander struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Sverker Hammarberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Överlida. Karl-Magnus Kilman's late challenge caught a Manchester United's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Karl-Magnus Kilman helped the player get up and apologised. 60 minutes into the match, Jakob Caspersson notched a goal, 8-0, to the right of Överlida's Lucas Målare. Lucas Målare was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 70th minute, Jakob Caspersson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lucas Målare was frozen by the shot and now it was 9-0. After 72 minutes of play, Manchester United's Jakob Caspersson made it 10-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lucas Målare was left in no man's land by his defense there! Lucas Målare was left in no man's land by his defense there! After having played for 82 minutes, Sigvard Njurenius managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Manchester United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sigvard Njurenius was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lucas Målare showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sigvard Njurenius, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Lucas Målare made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maximilian Browald in the 85th minute of play. Överlida's Lucas Målare played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sigvard Njurenius in the 86th minute of play. Överlida's Lucas Målare played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oxel Moron in the 94th minute of play. 95 minutes into the match, Överlida's goal looked a bit too open when Maximilian Browald came free, but Lucas Målare reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 97th minute, Stig Örtlund left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Manchester United fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 13-0. There was no doubt that Manchester United were the better team. Manchester United's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
