Karl-Johan Skarkman hit a great ball. In the 11thth minute of the game Alfons Hurtig who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Björneborg BF's Kalle Joelson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Bertil Sandell kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Kalle Joelson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bertil Sandell in the 15th minute of the match. After 17 played minutes Björneborg BF got a freekick which was hit by Erin Skietnieks. Kalle Joelson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfons Hurtig in the 19th minute of play. Bengt-Rune Löfgren hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bertil Sandell in the 23rd minute of play forced Björneborg BF's goalkeeper Kalle Joelson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kalle Joelson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfons Hurtig, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Kalle Joelson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfons Hurtig in the 27th minute of play. 28 minutes into the match, Karl-Johan Skarkman notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of FC Hamneskär's Rickard Falkrans. Björneborg BF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alfons Hurtig was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alfons Hurtig in the 41st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kalle Joelson saved Björneborg BF from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Patrik Beneth in the 42nd minute of play forced Björneborg BF's goalkeeper Kalle Joelson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 43 minutes into the match, Björneborg BF's goal looked a bit too open when Alfons Hurtig came free, but Kalle Joelson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee felt a red card was in order, 45 minutes into the game, when Peder Lägdin put in a rough tackle. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Alfons Hurtig in the 52ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Kalle Joelson, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Elek Datoru sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match had gone on for 55 minutes, Alfons Hurtig took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Kalle Joelson to make any attempt to save it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Patrik Beneth got free with Kalle Joelson in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 63 minutes FC Hamneskär's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Karl-Johan Skarkman who took care of the corner kick. Dag Ahlström kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. After taking down the ball on FC Hamneskär's corner Oswaldo Velasco fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Kalle Joelson quite easily take care of the ball. Björneborg BF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Hamneskär the free kick. When the match had gone on for 87 minutes, Alfons Hurtig put it in 1-3 from a short distance just to the right of Kalle Joelson. Björneborg BF's defense didn't have a chance, in the 92nd minute, when Alfons Hurtig scored to the left of an out of position Kalle Joelson, making the score, 1-4. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Åke Röd managed to get in a good position for a shot. Björneborg BF's supporters rose to their feet, but Åke Röd was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rickard Falkrans breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched FC Hamneskär eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
