Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) artemis fc's Jörgen Brogren started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Peter Shilton took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tom Lönn, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 9 minutes into the match, artemis fc's goalkeeper Emanuel Tunander had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kent Lenberg. The Storfors AIK fans' excitement grew in the 10th match minute when Storfors AIK's Jim Beneth looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. artemis fc's Emanuel Tunander played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jim Beneth in the 13th minute of play. Storfors AIK's Kent Lenberg was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 23rd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. When David Bergman came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Storfors AIK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that David Bergman couldn't finish the play. Kent Lenberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Emanuel Tunander tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jim Beneth to make the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in artemis fc's zone, Cosme Caitano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emanuel Tunander came out of the goal and Cosme Caitano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 63 minutes into the match, Jörgen Brogren notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Storfors AIK's Peter Shilton. Peter Shilton was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Storfors AIK getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. David Bergman hit a great ball. When the match had gone on for 69 minutes, David Bergman put it in 4-1 from a short distance just to the right of Emanuel Tunander. In the 72nd minute, Jörgen Brogren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kent Lenberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Emanuel Tunander showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tony Bergqvist in the 74th minute of the match. 75 minutes into the match, Jim Beneth notched a goal, 5-1, to the right of artemis fc's Emanuel Tunander. Emanuel Tunander was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a defensive mix-up in artemis fc's zone, David Bergman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emanuel Tunander showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jim Beneth, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Storfors AIK walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
