The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 5th match minute, Banzai Miners was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joachim Lundin to maneuver through the defense. 8 minutes into the game, Holsbybrunn FF's Magne Arvidsson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pontus Wahlström made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. In the 13th minute Valter Mårtensson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oliver Sandberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 16 minutes of play, Holsbybrunn FF's Alvin Tholsson made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pontus Wahlström was left in no man's land by his defense there! 19 minutes into the match, Banzai Miners's goal looked a bit too open when Charlie Kristiansson came free, but Pontus Wahlström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Valentin Holmstedt could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Pontus Wahlström made a huge save. If Charlie Kristiansson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Charlie Kristiansson in the 23rd minute of play forced Banzai Miners's goalkeeper Pontus Wahlström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pontus Wahlström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valentin Holmstedt in the 23rd minute of the match. After some careless play in the Holsbybrunn FF defense, Joachim Lundin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Oliver Sandberg. The Holsbybrunn FF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Oliver Sandberg should have stopped the shot. Oliver Sandberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eddie Isaksson in the 28th minute of the match. Joachim Lundin scored 2-2 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Oliver Sandberg, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Valter Mårtensson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Banzai Miners's supporters rose to their feet, but Valter Mårtensson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Oliver Sandberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Valentin Holmstedt charged in rather forcefully in the 34th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Valentin Holmstedt the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Valentin Holmstedt kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Oliver Sandberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valter Mårtensson in the 36th minute of play. Banzai Miners's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Magne Arvidsson 38 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 3-2. In the 46th minute, Holsbybrunn FF's Alvin Tholsson dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 4-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Magne Arvidsson was the one to do the kick off. If Joachim Lundin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 89th minute, Valentin Holmstedt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Banzai Miners getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Gustaf Mellberg hit a great ball. Holsbybrunn FF's Valentin Holmstedt got his second yellow card of the match in the 95th minute. The referee ordered Valentin Holmstedt off the ground. After a rather tough play, Holsbybrunn FF's Valentin Holmstedt got a free kick in the 95th minute. Oliver Sandberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valter Mårtensson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Joachim Lundin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 98th minute. Oliver Sandberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Holsbybrunn FF were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Banzai Miners for a fine match.
