The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Patric Alberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dick Linqvist in the 52nd minute of play. Mark Lindholm hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. A collision led to Linde BK getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Zbyszek Bazan hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, Albania's Osvald Kvarnström tried to score from far away in the 95th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Linde BK were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Albania to leave the ground with a draw.
