Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Greger Hammarberg got the match started through his kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Greger Hammarberg in the 10th minute of play forced Hornmyr IF's goalkeeper Michel Kilman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Roger Sjöberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Milian Villaseñor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wiktor Strömqvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 18 played minutes Hornmyr IF got a freekick which was hit by Roger Sjöberg. The audience thought a goal was coming when Greger Hammarberg got free with Michel Kilman in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Greger Hammarberg in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Michel Kilman saved Hornmyr IF from getting behind. If Jan-Erik Fågel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Wiktor Strömqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Hornmyr IF's zone, Greger Hammarberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Michel Kilman came out of the goal and Greger Hammarberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Roger Sjöberg struck a weak shot in the 48th minute. Milian Villaseñor didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hornmyr IF. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Roger Sjöberg stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Roger Sjöberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Milian Villaseñor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roger Sjöberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Roger Sjöberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Karlshamns AAK booed when Hornmyr IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jan-Erik Fågel didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Greger Hammarberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 75 minutes into the match, Hornmyr IF's goal looked a bit too open when Conny Larsson came free, but Michel Kilman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tommy Norström's late challenge caught a Hornmyr IF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tommy Norström helped the player get up and apologised. In the 80th match minute, Karlshamns AAK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tommy Norström to maneuver through the defense. In the 84thth minute of the game Greger Hammarberg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hornmyr IF's Michel Kilman was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match clock showed 84 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Greger Hammarberg sped through Hornmyr IF's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Michel Kilman. Milian Villaseñor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roger Sjöberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 89 minutes into the match, Hornmyr IF's goal looked a bit too open when Conny Larsson came free, but Michel Kilman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Wiktor Strömqvist came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Hornmyr IF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wiktor Strömqvist couldn't finish the play. Karlshamns AAK made a substitution. Leo Ekström replaced Greger Hammarberg. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
