The audience was convinced that Fred Strömberg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Timofey Babitskiy was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. Timofey Babitskiy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Styrbjörn Caballero, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. 27 minutes into the match, Rooster Football Academy's goalkeeper Lars-Erik Hägglund had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hampus Rudkvist. With a left leg Timofey Babitskiy saved KHAN from getting behind. Timofey Babitskiy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hugo Waller in the 47th minute of play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hugo Waller made a kick off. Hugo Waller received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Timofey Babitskiy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rooster Football Academy's Hugo Waller got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 54 minutes, Styrbjörn Caballero managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rooster Football Academy's supporters crossed their fingers, but Styrbjörn Caballero was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 57 minutes into the match, KHAN's goal looked a bit too open when Styrbjörn Caballero came free, but Timofey Babitskiy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in KHAN's zone, Fred Strömberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Timofey Babitskiy came out of the goal and Fred Strömberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Styrbjörn Caballero kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Timofey Babitskiy. That made the score 0-1 in the 65 minute of play. With a little luck, KHAN's Timofey Babitskiy got control of the ball when Fred Strömberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. Hugo Waller fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Timofey Babitskiy having to interfere. Timofey Babitskiy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Styrbjörn Caballero, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Styrbjörn Caballero struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Timofey Babitskiy didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rooster Football Academy. After 79 minutes, Valdemar Gustavsson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the KHAN and the Rooster Football Academy players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, KHAN's Olov Klack got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Hugo Waller sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 93rd minute, Hugo Waller got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Styrbjörn Caballero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Timofey Babitskiy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match was over Rooster Football Academy could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than KHAN throughout the match.
