Andreas Magnusson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Andreas Magnusson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ulrik Ek in the 31st minute of the match. After 31 minutes, Joel Lindholm mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Vincent and the Grunden Bois players grew even worse after the yellow card. Joel Lindholm hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Grunden Bois's Paulo Falcão got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 33 minutes, Ulrik Ek put it in 0-4 from a short distance just to the right of Andreas Magnusson. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Paulo Falcão in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Andreas Magnusson saved FC Vincent from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Ulrik Ek's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Andreas Magnusson was relentless in the 40th minute of the game. After some careless play in the FC Vincent defense, Michael Ersman kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Andreas Magnusson. The FC Vincent fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Andreas Magnusson should have stopped the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gustaf Gustafsson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ulrik Eks short, quick shot in the 52ndth minute got Andreas Magnusson to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Ulrik Ek might have been able to make a better finish in the 58th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Andreas Magnusson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ulrik Ek ran back to his position shaking his head. Andreas Magnusson was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ulrik Ek showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-6 in the 65 minute of play. FC Vincent's Andreas Magnusson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save FC Vincent from getting a goal against them. Joel Lindholm kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Ulrik Ek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Michael Ersmans short, quick shot in the 85thth minute got Andreas Magnusson to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Andreas Magnusson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ulrik Ek in the 86th minute. If Emil Melin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 92 minutes into the match, Ulrik Ek had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Andreas Magnusson. FC Vincent's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ulrik Ek was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-8. Grunden Bois's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
