John Säfström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Douglas Ersman having to interfere. After having played for 6 minutes, John Säfström managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hillared's supporters crossed their fingers, but John Säfström was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 13 minutes into the match, Fyrktorget FK's goalkeeper Douglas Ersman had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tim Smed. Wictor Bergkvist was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 15th minute. Hillared's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. If Wictor Bergkvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hillared's Tim Smed got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Douglas Ersman made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when John Säfström sent off a good shot on target. If Tim Smed had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fyrktorget FK's Douglas Ersman proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save Fyrktorget FK from getting a goal against them. Wictor Bergkvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Douglas Ersman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Douglas Ersman didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gustaf Nyberg went, in the 33rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. John Säfström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. John Säfström might have been able to make a better finish in the 38th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Douglas Ersman. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. John Säfström ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 38th minute, Tim Smed got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, John Säfström managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hillared's supporters rose to their feet, but John Säfström was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Douglas Ersman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gustaf Nyberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Douglas Ersman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gustaf Nyberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Douglas Ersman having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Joseph Wallin was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute, John Säfström got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Wictor Bergkvist recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Wictor Bergkvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Douglas Ersman having to interfere. Joseph Wallin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jesper Axelsson having to interfere. Wictor Bergkvist struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Douglas Ersman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hillared. After having played for 61 minutes, Wictor Bergkvist managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tim Smed ran back to his position shaking his head. Brian Eckegren kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. In the 64th minute of the match Jack Alström shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Douglas Ersman showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Wictor Bergkvist struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Douglas Ersman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hillared. Fyrktorget FK's Douglas Ersman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tim Smed in the 69th minute of play. After 71 minutes of play, Hillared's Tim Smed made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Douglas Ersman was left in no man's land by his defense there! 75 minutes into the match, Tim Smed had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Douglas Ersman. Fyrktorget FK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tim Smed was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. When Hillared's Gustaf Nyberg in the 82nd minute got a chance for a shot 82nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Fyrktorget FK's goalie prevented a goal. When Wictor Bergkvist came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Hillared fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wictor Bergkvist couldn't finish the play. Hillared's Mikael Nyström managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Kjell Ahlrot in the 90 minute of the game. In the 91st minute, Mårten Ahlström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. John Säfström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee ended the match the Hillared players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
