Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Harry Gunnarsson started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfred Lönn in the 7th minute of play forced FK Crvena zvezda's goalkeeper Jon Sigfridsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jon Sigfridsson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eric Holmberg's shot from short distance in the 9th minute. After 10 minutes of play, Södra Mellby IF's Leopold Van Gestelt made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jon Sigfridsson was left in no man's land by his defense there! Alfred Lönn took the ball and in the 13 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jon Sigfridsson. Jon Sigfridsson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Jon Sigfridsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfred Lönn, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Joacim Bergstedt's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Sven Wickander firmly grabbed it by the left post. Södra Mellby IF's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Joacim Bergstedt 22 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-2. After 25 minutes, Kjell-Arne Nordin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FK Crvena zvezda and the Södra Mellby IF players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jon Sigfridsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfred Lönn in the 30th minute of play. Eric Holmberg took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jon Sigfridsson. Jon Sigfridsson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. The Södra Mellby IF fans' excitement grew in the 35th match minute when Södra Mellby IF's Eric Holmberg looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 39 minutes into the game, Harry Gunnarsson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-6. Jon Sigfridsson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 43 minutes into the match, FK Crvena zvezda's goal looked a bit too open when Harry Gunnarsson came free, but Jon Sigfridsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Södra Mellby IF booed when FK Crvena zvezda was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Richard Stabbe didn't get a good kick on the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-6 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Kjell-Arne Nordin hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Jon Sigfridsson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Harry Gunnarsson in the 52nd minute. In the 56th minute Alfred Lönn shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jon Sigfridsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FK Crvena zvezda's Jon Sigfridsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eric Holmberg in the 60th minute of play. Fredric Isaksson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Jon Sigfridsson made a huge save. Jon Sigfridsson was a little too slow when Harry Gunnarsson got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 62nd minute. The score was now 1-7. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eric Holmberg in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jon Sigfridsson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Eric Holmberg received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jon Sigfridsson came out and tried to block the shot, but Eric Holmberg slotted it home off the left post making it 1-9 in the 69th minute. In the 73rd minute, Richard Stabbe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jon Sigfridsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Harry Gunnarsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 79 minutes into the match, FK Crvena zvezda's goalkeeper Jon Sigfridsson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Harry Gunnarsson. In the 79th minute, Patrik Vennersten hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Harry Gunnarsson got free with Jon Sigfridsson in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Eric Holmberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 84th minute, Gustaf Skräddare fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Jon Sigfridsson, passed just outside the right post. Harry Gunnarsson in the 85thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Jon Sigfridsson, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alfred Lönn got free with Jon Sigfridsson in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jon Sigfridsson was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Eric Holmberg showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-10 in the 88 minute of play. Jon Sigfridsson came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Södra Mellby IF's Alfred Lönn. But to his dismay, Alfred Lönn quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-11.
