Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Allan Västlund started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. When Marko Hermansson came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Fortuna Galaxy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marko Hermansson couldn't finish the play. The supporters of The Moon-Atomic booed when Fortuna Galaxy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Allan Västlund didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 13 minutes, Marc Danielsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fortuna Galaxy's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marc Danielsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, Fortuna Galaxy's Georg Nyström got control of the ball when Per-Olof Kråk tried to sneak it across the goal line. Per-Olof Kråk could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Georg Nyström made a huge save. Tony Bjursell recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Georg Nyström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valentin Grep in the 24th minute of the match. Georg Nyström came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by The Moon-Atomic's Per-Olof Kråk. But to his dismay, Per-Olof Kråk quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. When Marc Danielsson came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Fortuna Galaxy fans jumped to their feet. In the 40thth minute of the game Valentin Grep who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Fortuna Galaxy's Georg Nyström was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 2-0 became the score in the 42nd minute when Valentin Grep elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Georg Nyström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valentin Grep, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Per-Olof Kråk was the one to do the kick off. Georg Nyström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Per-Olof Kråk in the 54th minute of the match. Fortuna Galaxy's Allan Västlund got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 58th minute Marko Hermansson suffered a knee injury and had to be helped off the field. Fortuna Galaxy's Billy Lundhberg was substituted for Marko Hermansson. In the 59th minute, Johannes Wester hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Allan Västlund scored 2-1 in the 63rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sten Bolin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Marc Danielsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marc Danielsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 71 minutes, Bengt Sundström mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fortuna Galaxy and the The Moon-Atomic players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Fortuna Galaxy getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Bengt Sundström hit a great ball. Georg Nyström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Per-Olof Kråk in the 76th minute of the match. The corner ended in Michael Löv almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Fortuna Galaxy's Georg Nyström did a great save. After some careless play in the Fortuna Galaxy defense, Valentin Grep kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Georg Nyström. The Fortuna Galaxy fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Georg Nyström should have stopped the shot. 82 minutes into the game, Allan Västlund was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Fortuna Galaxy's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave The Moon-Atomic the free kick. After a rather tough play, Fortuna Galaxy's Allan Västlund got a free kick in the 82nd minute. After 83 played minutes Fortuna Galaxy got a freekick which was hit by Allan Västlund. When The Moon-Atomic's Valentin Grep in the 85th minute got a chance for a shot 85th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Fortuna Galaxy's goalie prevented a goal. In the 88th minute Allan Västlund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sten Bolin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Georg Nyström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valentin Grep in the 93rd minute of the match.
