Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) DIÖ IK's Staffan Ivarsson started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Yngve Göransson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Harald Jelm in the 5th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sven-Olof Kielstedt in the 7th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Yngve Göransson saved DIÖ IK from getting behind. Abo Bakr struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. Yngve Göransson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Momlinho. Staffan Ivarsson took the ball and in the 15 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Joachim Hellkvist. Joachim Hellkvist dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Jan Koller recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 27 minutes of play, DIÖ IK's Per-Oskar Alfors made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Joachim Hellkvist was left in no man's land by his defense there! Yngve Göransson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abo Bakr in the 30th minute of play. With a little luck, DIÖ IK's Yngve Göransson got control of the ball when Sven-Olof Kielstedt tried to sneak it across the goal line. FC Momlinho's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Algot Skröder in the 34th minute. 36 minutes into the match, Staffan Ivarsson notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of FC Momlinho's Joachim Hellkvist. Joachim Hellkvist was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 38 played minutes DIÖ IK got a freekick which was hit by Per-Oskar Alfors. With a little luck, DIÖ IK's Yngve Göransson got control of the ball when Jan Koller tried to sneak it across the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sven-Olof Kielstedt made a kick off. In the 55th minute, Abo Bakr ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Yngve Göransson was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abo Bakr in the 59th minute of play forced DIÖ IK's goalkeeper Yngve Göransson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 61 minutes into the match, DIÖ IK's goal looked a bit too open when Jan Koller came free, but Yngve Göransson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Algot Skröder made a great header on FC Momlinho's corner, it was just that DIÖ IK's Yngve Göransson managed to reach the ball for a save. After 67 played minutes DIÖ IK got a freekick which was hit by Elof Pååk. Algot Skröder, 67 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After a rather tough play, DIÖ IK's Olov Stolpe got a free kick in the 71st minute. The supporters of FC Momlinho booed when DIÖ IK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nils-Åke Käller didn't get a good kick on the ball. Yngve Göransson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Algot Skröder, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Yngve Göransson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abo Bakr in the 76th minute of play. Olov Stolpe was shown his second yellow card after 77 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Olov Stolpe hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Yngve Göransson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thor Törnblom in the 86th minute of play. Yngve Göransson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jan Koller, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thor Törnblom hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. DIÖ IK made a substitution. Georg Sjöman replaced Mats Wallin. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. DIÖ IK had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
