With a little luck, IFK United's Benjamin Smed got control of the ball when Niklas Olsman tried to sneak it across the goal line. Niklas Olsman might have been able to make a better finish in the 5th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Benjamin Smed. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Niklas Olsman ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 6th minute, Norsborg FK's Niklas Olsman dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. In the 11th minute Johnny Skark shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Folke Lindqvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 15th minute, Vilhelm Thidén hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 16 minutes into the match, Niklas Olsman dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Benjamin Smed, 2-0. Robrecht Portmans's late challenge caught a Norsborg FK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Robrecht Portmans helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to IFK United getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Robrecht Portmans hit a great ball. In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind IFK United's goalkeeper Benjamin Smed, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 22ndth minute of the game Niklas Olsman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but IFK United's Benjamin Smed was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Norsborg FK's Folke Lindqvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Börje Kvick in the 31st minute of play. In the 36th minute, Tom Gabrielsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 38th minute Niklas Olsman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benjamin Smed saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Folke Lindqvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Börje Kvick, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. After a rather tough play, Norsborg FK's Oskar Nordkvist got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Folke Lindqvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Johnny Skark, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Johnny Skark to make the kick off. Hans Vester hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. IFK United's Benjamin Smed played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Niklas Olsman in the 53rd minute of play. In the 61st minute, Börje Kvick hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Niklas Olsman managed to get in a good position for a shot. Norsborg FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Niklas Olsman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benjamin Smed breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Börje Kvick could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Folke Lindqvist made a huge save. Torbjörn Eklund could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Folke Lindqvist made a huge save. Tom Gabrielsson hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in IFK United's zone, Niklas Olsman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benjamin Smed came out of the goal and Niklas Olsman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 81st minute, Niklas Olsman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Niklas Olsman blasted a shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Benjamin Smed having to make a save. 84 minutes into the match, Norsborg FK's Niklas Olsman sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Benjamin Smed narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Niklas Olsman's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Benjamin Smed was relentless in the 86th minute of the game. Benjamin Smed stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Niklas Olsman's shot from short distance in the 86th minute. In the 92nd minute Niklas Olsman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benjamin Smed saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Benjamin Smed came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by Norsborg FK's Niklas Olsman. But to his dismay, Niklas Olsman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. Norsborg FK's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
