Herman Hafström was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Décio Rola showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 9 minute of play. In the 12th minute Zebastian Lindsten shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roger Fagrell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Décio Rola could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Herman Hafström made a huge save. A collision led to Sjötorp IF getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Décio Rola in the 21st minute of play forced FC HardRockers's goalkeeper Herman Hafström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 23 minutes into the game, Nils-Erik Arenius threw the ball into play from the sideline. The audience was convinced that Décio Rola's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Herman Hafström was relentless in the 52nd minute of the game. In the 53rd match minute, FC HardRockers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tord Böcklund to maneuver through the defense. Tord Böcklund hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match.
