After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Alexandros Kotakis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Grinchez's supporters rose to their feet, but Alexandros Kotakis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Esbjörn Lindell breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Flock of Eagles's Esbjörn Lindell played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alexandros Kotakis in the 64th minute of play. 66 minutes into the match, Flock of Eagles's goal looked a bit too open when Fredrik Lidberg came free, but Esbjörn Lindell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Grinchez's Aykutalp Urluk was substituted for Algot Sundberg. After a rather tough play, Flock of Eagles's Filip Wennersten got a free kick in the 91st minute. Esbjörn Lindell showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from August Ekenberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. Flock of Eagles played a much better game than Grinchez and deserved their victory. The Grinchez players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
