Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) 5 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC Töve's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Conny Uggla was slow to take the kick. During this time Fagersta's players had a chance to rest. Dan Bryngelsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 7th minute of the match, but Göran Lindberg made a huge save. In the 7thth minute of the game Ingmar Hellkvist who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Fagersta's Göran Lindberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Fagersta's Uno Bjurström got a free kick in the 10th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wilhelm Ek in the 15th minute of play forced FC Töve's goalkeeper Åke Rudberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. David Carlsson kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Fagersta's Conny Uggla tried to score from far away in the 19th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Åke Rudberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonas Öberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 30th minute Ingmar Hellkvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Göran Lindberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dan Bryngelsson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Göran Lindberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. Åke Rudberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Wilhelm Ek's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. The supporters of FC Töve booed when Fagersta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dag Björkkvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fagersta's Göran Lindberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ingmar Hellkvist in the 42nd minute of play. Ingmar Hellkvist in the 44thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Göran Lindberg, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wilhelm Ek in the 45th minute of play forced FC Töve's goalkeeper Åke Rudberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Fagersta booed when FC Töve was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bengt-Rune Vacker didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ingmar Hellkvist in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Göran Lindberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole.
