In the 10th minute Ulf Aleberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gösta Hjälm saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sonny Carlberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Göran Lindberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 19 minutes into the match, Malte Askestät notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Fagersta's Göran Lindberg. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Wilhelm Ek in the 82nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gösta Hjälm saved HisingsBacka FC from getting behind. The corner led HisingsBacka FC's Adam Lindmark to fire away a dangerous shot which Göran Lindberg despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wilhelm Ek in the 93rd minute of play forced HisingsBacka FC's goalkeeper Gösta Hjälm to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Göran Lindberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jakob Löfskog, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 96 minutes into the match, Wilhelm Ek had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gösta Hjälm. HisingsBacka FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Wilhelm Ek was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
