When the match clock showed 10 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Douglas Tinglöf sped through GAIS's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Wlodzimierz Cipinski. 13 minutes into the match, Rudolf Nordstedt dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Per-Åke Lindqvist, 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Per Johansson in the 15th minute of play forced GAIS's goalkeeper Wlodzimierz Cipinski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 18th minute the ball was on its way in behind Kurt-Sunes med Berit's goalkeeper Per-Åke Lindqvist, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Stefan Fristedt hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. In the 25th minute, Douglas Tinglöf got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Kurt-Sunes med Berit's Stefan Fristedt got a free kick in the 26th minute. In the 30thth minute of the game Douglas Tinglöf who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but GAIS's Wlodzimierz Cipinski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Wlodzimierz Cipinski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Per-Åke Lindqvist made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Emilio Jakue sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 45 minutes, Deng Le Jian managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. GAIS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Deng Le Jian was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Per-Åke Lindqvist was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Emilio Jakue showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-2 in the 46 minute of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Douglas Tinglöf stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute Emilio Jakue shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Per-Åke Lindqvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 55 minutes, Max Godet mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the GAIS and the Kurt-Sunes med Berit players grew even worse after the yellow card. Max Godet kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Wlodzimierz Cipinski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Douglas Tinglöf in the 60th minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 65 minutes, Wlodzimierz Cipinski successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 66 minutes had been played when some careless play by GAIS's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Hubert Haegg was slow to take the kick. During this time Kurt-Sunes med Berit's players had a chance to rest. Kurt-Sunes med Berit's Hubert Haegg was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Wlodzimierz Cipinski in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Kurt-Sunes med Berit's Per-Åke Lindqvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rudolf Nordstedt in the 68th minute of play. After 70 played minutes Kurt-Sunes med Berit got a freekick which was hit by Per Johansson. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Emilio Jakue in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Per-Åke Lindqvist saved Kurt-Sunes med Berit from getting behind. When Douglas Tinglöf came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Kurt-Sunes med Berit fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Douglas Tinglöf couldn't finish the play. Kurt-Sunes med Berit's Per-Åke Lindqvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rudolf Nordstedt in the 75th minute of play. 78 minutes into the match, GAIS's goal looked a bit too open when Douglas Tinglöf came free, but Wlodzimierz Cipinski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Deng Le Jian fell near the penalty area in the 79th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored GAIS's protests and gave Deng Le Jian a yellow card for diving instead. After 79 played minutes GAIS got a freekick which was hit by Deng Le Jian. 80 minutes into the match, GAIS's goalkeeper Wlodzimierz Cipinski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Douglas Tinglöf. 88 minutes into the match, Kurt-Sunes med Berit's Douglas Tinglöf sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Wlodzimierz Cipinski narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 90th minute, Christian Olsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With his leg Wlodzimierz Cipinski managed to avoid a goal in the 93rdth minute, when Kurt-Sunes med Berit's Douglas Tinglöf fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Douglas Tinglöf did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-3 to the left of a surprised Wlodzimierz Cipinski 95 minutes into the match. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Kurt-Sunes med Berit walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
