When Fred Josefsson fell near the penalty area in the 2nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fotbolls Grisarna's protests and gave Fred Josefsson a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Öllsjö FC booed when Fotbolls Grisarna was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fred Josefsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 5th minute, Adriano Massa reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Sven-Olof Tunander. The goal made the score 1-0. Adriano Massa succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 8th playminute. Adriano Massa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Sven-Olof Tunander made a huge save. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Adriano Massa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Öllsjö FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Adriano Massa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sven-Olof Tunander breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some careless play in the Öllsjö FC defense, Carl Ruppen kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Erivaldo Netto. The Öllsjö FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Erivaldo Netto should have stopped the shot. Adriano Massa scored 3-1 in the 17th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sven-Olof Tunander, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ingemar Fransson in the 22nd minute of play forced Öllsjö FC's goalkeeper Erivaldo Netto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 28 minutes into the match, Öllsjö FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ingemar Fransson came free, but Erivaldo Netto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Erivaldo Netto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ingemar Fransson, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. In the 33rd minute Ingemar Fransson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erivaldo Netto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Adriano Massa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Sven-Olof Tunander showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adriano Massa, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Öllsjö FC were awarded a corner in the 46th minute after Fotbolls Grisarna's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Karl-Åke Håkansson took the corner. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Ingemar Fransson made the kick off in the second half. Adriano Massa might have been able to make a better finish in the 52nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sven-Olof Tunander. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Adriano Massa ran back to his position shaking his head. Fotbolls Grisarna's Sven-Olof Tunander played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adriano Massa in the 52nd minute of play. In the 58th minute Adriano Massa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sven-Olof Tunander saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Öllsjö FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Karl-Åke Håkansson in the 59th minute. The corner led Öllsjö FC's Karl-Åke Håkansson to fire away a dangerous shot which Sven-Olof Tunander despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Fotbolls Grisarna's Sven-Olof Tunander played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adriano Massa in the 64th minute of play. Sven-Olof Tunander made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adriano Massa in the 71st minute of play. When Fred Josefsson was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 72 minutes had been played. Fred Josefsson hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Erivaldo Netto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stephan Gardner in the 76th minute of the match. Sven-Olof Tunander didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Adriano Massa went, in the 77th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. Sven-Olof Tunander took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adriano Massa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 89th minute, Torbjörn Stålman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sven-Olof Tunander showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Henry Löfgren in the 96th minute of the match. Sven-Olof Tunander didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Henry Löfgren went, in the 96th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-1 was the resulting score. The Öllsjö FC players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
