Arild IF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rudolf Jonsson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mattias Svan in the 29th minute of play forced Arild IF's goalkeeper Per-Åke Vik to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kristoffer Bjurström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Per-Åke Vik having to interfere. After 35 played minutes Arild IF got a freekick which was hit by Gustaf Blom. In the 44thth minute of the game Kristoffer Bjurström who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Arild IF's Per-Åke Vik was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Stockholm IF's Qin Ting Peng played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonatan Ekgren in the 46th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jonatan Ekgren made a kick off. After a rather tough play, Stockholm IF's Rhett Blue got a free kick in the 50th minute. 53 minutes into the match, Arild IF's goalkeeper Per-Åke Vik had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kurt Holmgren. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jonatan Ekgren in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Qin Ting Peng saved Stockholm IF from getting behind. Per-Åke Vik made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kurt Holmgren in the 62nd minute of play. Arild IF were awarded a corner in the 65th minute after Stockholm IF's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ingemar Dalman took the corner. 69 minutes into the match, Stockholm IF's Kristoffer Bjurström sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Per-Åke Vik narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Through an outstanding action, after 71 minutes, Per-Åke Vik successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Qin Ting Peng took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gustaf Blom, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arild IF made a substitution. Bairee Colwell replaced Niklas Molander. Arild IF's Filip Literski was substituted for Marc Västerstrand. After 79 minutes Stockholm IF's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ingemar Dalman who took care of the corner kick. Bo Brun thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Qin Ting Peng, a very annoying self made goal in the 79th minute which led to 1-2. After 82 minutes, Mattias Svan made it 1-3 with a short kick to the right side. Arild IF's Per-Åke Vik tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Filip Literski in the 88th minute of play forced Stockholm IF's goalkeeper Qin Ting Peng to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Per-Åke Vik showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kristoffer Bjurström in the 93rd minute of the match. Qin Ting Peng made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from August Olofsson in the 96th minute of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Stockholm IF walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
