The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A collision led to Råbi FF getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Konstantin Aprelev hit a great ball. Gruyo Rakadzhiev scored 0-1 in the 5th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vilhelm Pålsson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Vilhelm Pålsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gruyo Rakadzhiev in the 9th minute of the match. Vilhelm Pålsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alf Ek in the 11th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Råbi FF's Frank Gunnarsson got a free kick in the 13th minute. Vilhelm Pålsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nils Aspengren in the 17th minute of play. In the 18th match minute, Rottneros FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alf Ek to maneuver through the defense. 19 minutes into the match, Rottneros FK's Gruyo Rakadzhiev sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Vilhelm Pålsson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Arman Skräddare could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Herbert Tamulewicz made a huge save. In the 22nd match minute, Rottneros FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bengt-Arne Lundqvist to maneuver through the defense. Viggo Forsberg took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 23rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Herbert Tamulewicz. Rottneros FK's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 30th minute, Nils Aspengren left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Rottneros FK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Råbi FF's Vilhelm Pålsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gruyo Rakadzhiev in the 33rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arman Skräddare in the 34th minute of play forced Rottneros FK's goalkeeper Herbert Tamulewicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 35 minutes had been played when some careless play by Rottneros FK's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Viggo Forsberg was slow to take the kick. During this time Råbi FF's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Råbi FF's Viggo Forsberg to fire away a dangerous shot which Herbert Tamulewicz despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 40th minute, Nils Aspengren left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Rottneros FK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Arman Skräddare to strike the kick off in the second half. Herbert Tamulewicz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arman Skräddare, who was totally free with the ball in the 50th minute. In the 51st minute, Cesare Di Bartolo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 52nd minute Arman Skräddare shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Herbert Tamulewicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vilhelm Pålsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nils Aspengren in the 56th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cesare Di Bartolo in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vilhelm Pålsson saved Råbi FF from getting behind. Råbi FF's Vilhelm Pålsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alf Ek in the 65th minute of play. Alf Ek came free with the goalkeeper in the 67th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Vilhelm Pålsson could save by the left post. The supporters of Rottneros FK booed when Råbi FF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Viggo Forsberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rottneros FK's Zdeněk Páral was substituted for Nils Aspengren. In the 70th minute, Viggo Forsberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Arman Skräddare took the ball and in the 75 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Herbert Tamulewicz. Herbert Tamulewicz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. Vilhelm Pålsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gruyo Rakadzhiev in the 79th minute of the match. Herbert Tamulewicz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frank Gunnarsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Gösta Ek's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Vilhelm Pålsson firmly grabbed it by the left post. Rottneros FK's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Gruyo Rakadzhiev in the 85th minute. Arman Skräddare scored 2-3 in the 88th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Herbert Tamulewicz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Rottneros FK booed when Råbi FF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jens-Ove Örtendahl didn't get a good kick on the ball. Råbi FF's attentive Jens-Ove Örtendahl managed to snatch the ball when Sixten Lindman made a throw-in in the 94th minute of the game. The Råbi FF supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Rottneros FK's performance. The match ended with a win for Rottneros FK.
