Jesper Olenberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Marcus Ekrot took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jesper Olenberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marcus Ekrot showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edwin Giliusson, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Charlie Magnusson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mats Hermansson in the 10th minute of the match. 10 minutes into the match, Östra Ryd IF's goal looked a bit too open when Mats Hermansson came free, but Charlie Magnusson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Martin Mutumba was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 12 minutes into the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in Vykans Vikingar fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 12th minute. Penalty! Vykans Vikingar:s Marcus Ekrot showed great skill when he stopped Jesper Olenberg:s penalty. In the 14th minute, Jesper Olenberg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Östra Ryd IF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After 18 minutes, Hans Fogel made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Vykans Vikingar's Marcus Ekrot tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. If Nono Rico had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 27th minute of the match Vykans Vikingar got a corner. Östra Ryd IF's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Fernan Berart ran over to the corner to take the kick. Östra Ryd IF's Hubert Jernberg got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 33 played minutes Vykans Vikingar got a freekick which was hit by Simon Brolin. Charlie Magnusson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nono Rico, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 38th minute Hubert Jernberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcus Ekrot saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nono Rico received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Charlie Magnusson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 41stth minute of the game Nono Rico who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Östra Ryd IF's Charlie Magnusson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Charlie Magnusson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nono Rico, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 44 minutes Östra Ryd IF's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Fernan Berart who took care of the corner kick. Vykans Vikingar's Nono Rico was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Charlie Magnusson in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hans Fogel made a kick off. Marcus Ekrot showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hans Fogel, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. 58 minutes into the match, Vykans Vikingar's goal looked a bit too open when Hans Fogel came free, but Marcus Ekrot reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Charlie Magnusson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nono Rico in the 59th minute of play. Edwin Giliusson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcus Ekrot having to interfere. Östra Ryd IF's Charlie Magnusson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nono Rico in the 62nd minute of play. In the 63rd minute, Roger Bern hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Vykans Vikingar getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Eric Van Lint hit a great ball. When Östra Ryd IF's Jesper Olenberg in the 67th minute got a chance for a shot 67th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Vykans Vikingar's goalie prevented a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nono Rico in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Charlie Magnusson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Marcus Ekrot showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edwin Giliusson in the 70th minute of the match. Charlie Magnusson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nono Rico in the 72nd minute of play. Jan-Olof Vallman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Marcus Ekrot tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vykans Vikingar made a substitution. Hílton Souza replaced Eric Van Lint. Östra Ryd IF's Kristoffer Bröms was substituted for Jan-Olof Vallman. After a rather tough play, Östra Ryd IF's Birger Vallman got a free kick in the 81st minute. In the 86th minute, Nono Rico got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 88th minute Nono Rico shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Charlie Magnusson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 92nd minute Vykans Vikingar were awarded a corner. Fernan Berart went to the cornerflag to take it. After 94 played minutes Patric Nyqvist rounded Vykans Vikingar's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-3.
