Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Jairo Malheiro started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 4 minutes into the game, one of Ciudad Tao FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Protegéerna a penalty, 6 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Petter Skarkman, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Ciudad Tao FC's Evander Zabel. 0-1. Einar Rosin hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. In the 9th minute of the match Michael Näver shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Evander Zabel showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. If Jairo Malheiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 11th minute of the match, Jairo Malheiro got a very nice opportunity to score, but Bolo Skjold was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. When Jairo Malheiro came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the Ciudad Tao FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jairo Malheiro couldn't finish the play. 16 minutes into the match, Protegéerna's Petter Skarkman sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Evander Zabel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Evander Zabel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jakob Lundin, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Petter Skarkman in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Evander Zabel saved Ciudad Tao FC from getting behind. Jairo Malheiro received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Bolo Skjold came out and tried to block the shot, but Jairo Malheiro slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 22nd minute. In the 25th minute, Ernst Skog got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The throw-in from Arman Lingren in the 31st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Ciudad Tao FC's Adrian Gråberg. The audience was convinced that Jairo Malheiro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bolo Skjold was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. Bolo Skjold showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jairo Malheiro in the 35th minute of the match. The corner led to Ciudad Tao FC's Adrian Gråberg getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Evander Zabel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Petter Skarkman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Petter Skarkman to make the kick off. In the 52nd match minute, Protegéerna was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fernando Arango to maneuver through the defense. Jairo Malheiro struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Bolo Skjold didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ciudad Tao FC. Ciudad Tao FC's Osmar Goiano was substituted for Joel Sandström. Ciudad Tao FC's Miron Zabel was substituted for Jairo Malheiro. An unexpectedly hard shot by Osmar Goiano in the 66th minute of play forced Protegéerna's goalkeeper Bolo Skjold to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Protegéerna's Bolo Skjold played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miron Zabel in the 68th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Miron Zabel's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bolo Skjold was relentless in the 68th minute of the game. Bolo Skjold showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Salomon Quaade, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. 76 minutes into the game, Petter Skarkman cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Evander Zabel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ciudad Tao FC's Evander Zabel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save Ciudad Tao FC from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Osmar Goiano in the 84th minute of play forced Protegéerna's goalkeeper Bolo Skjold to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marcelo Osório got a throw-in 87 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Osmar Goiano. In the 94th minute, Petter Skarkman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Petter Skarkman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Protegéerna supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Protegéerna would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
