The audience thought a goal was coming when Guaberto Santana got free with Alfred Juroszek in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 9th minute, Guaberto Santana left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The AS Roma fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Guaberto Santana managed to get in a good position for a shot. AS Roma's supporters rose to their feet, but Guaberto Santana was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alfred Juroszek breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 14th minute, Mieszko Klejnowski reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Alfred Juroszek. The goal made the score 2-0. After 20 minutes, Roland Karwowski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Wischniewen SA and the AS Roma players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 20th minute, Roland Karwowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Fryderyk Malicki came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Wischniewen SA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fryderyk Malicki couldn't finish the play. After having played for 33 minutes, Zbigniew Wicherek managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AS Roma's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zbigniew Wicherek was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Alfred Juroszek made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Guaberto Santana sent off a good shot on target. 36 minutes into the match, Wischniewen SA's goalkeeper Alfred Juroszek had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Guaberto Santana. 39 minutes into the game, Guaberto Santana recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Alfred Juroszek. Guaberto Santana showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. Guaberto Santana fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfred Juroszek having to interfere.

The wind increased when Guaberto Santana made the kick off in the second half. Guaberto Santana sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. Fryderyk Malicki ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience was convinced that Guaberto Santana's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alfred Juroszek was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game. When Fryderyk Malicki came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Wischniewen SA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fryderyk Malicki couldn't finish the play. If Iwo Paciuszko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 93rd minute Witomir Piechna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Remigiusz Felenak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. AS Roma's Guaberto Santana got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
