The supporters of Cracovia booed when Korona KIELCE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marian Cupial didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bogdan Pazura showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Napoleon Franzik in the 20th minute of the match. After 21 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Korona KIELCE! In the 27th minute, Klement Naskrent ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bogdan Pazura was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Jan Parajewski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Marian Cupial went, in the 33rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. Marian Cupial received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Jan Parajewski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Wieslaw Kasprzykowski received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jan Parajewski came out and tried to block the shot, but Wieslaw Kasprzykowski slotted it home off the left post making it 2-3 in the 41st minute. 45 minutes into the match, Cracovia's goalkeeper Jan Parajewski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marian Cupial. Wieslaw Kasprzykowski's late challenge caught a Cracovia's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Wieslaw Kasprzykowski helped the player get up and apologised. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 2-3 lead.

Bogumil Borcz scored 3-3 in the 51st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jan Parajewski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 62nd minute, Wieslaw Kasprzykowski left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Korona KIELCE fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-5. The crowd rose to their feet as Napoleon Franzik kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Bogdan Pazura. That made the score 4-6 in the 65 minute of play. Marek Nakoneczny hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. In the 72nd minute, Wieslaw Kasprzykowski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Korona KIELCE getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Bogumil Borcz hit a great ball. 78 minutes into the match, Napoleon Franzik dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Bogdan Pazura, 4-7. In the 82nd minute, Marian Cupial made a precise shot to the right of Jan Parajewski. Cracovia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-7. If Wieslaw Kasprzykowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
