With a little luck, Parma's Cyprian Zbydniewski got control of the ball when Aureliusz Zukowski tried to sneak it across the goal line. Königshagen SSA's Cilio Rapado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marian Karanewski in the 20th minute of play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Königshagen SSA fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 23rd minute. Penalty! The referee gave Parma a penalty, 25 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Bogdan Pasterski, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Königshagen SSA's Cilio Rapado. 0-1. Cilio Rapado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marian Karanewski in the 48th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Marian Karanewski to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd match minute, Königshagen SSA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bartlomiej Mojsiewicz to maneuver through the defense. In the 54th minute, Teofil Owsiak got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Kazimierz Kajder's late challenge caught a Königshagen SSA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kazimierz Kajder helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Parma getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Kazimierz Kajder hit a great ball. Königshagen SSA's defense didn't have a chance, in the 70th minute, when Marian Karanewski scored to the left of an out of position Cilio Rapado, making the score, 0-2. Norbert Hajder sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Königshagen SSA's zone, Teofil Owsiak stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cilio Rapado came out of the goal and Teofil Owsiak tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Norbert Hajder had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 86th minute, Norbert Hajder got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Marian Karanewski kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Cilio Rapado. That made the score 0-3 in the 88 minute of play. Teofil Owsiak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Cilio Rapado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Marian Karanewski came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Parma fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marian Karanewski couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Königshagen SSA's Damian Kanczuszewski got a free kick in the 96th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marian Karanewski in the 97th minute of play forced Königshagen SSA's goalkeeper Cilio Rapado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Although Königshagen SSA had been in control for most of the match, Parma still came away with the win.
