Mikolaj Kostka scored 1-0 in the 13th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Witomir Kon, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 16 minutes into the game, GKS Bełchatów 1977's Mikolaj Kostka nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Witomir Kon made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgar Marchefka in the 19th minute of play forced GKS Bełchatów 1977's goalkeeper Lucjan Burufski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jedrzej Mirowski in the 24th minute of play forced Suchleb SA's goalkeeper Witomir Kon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mikolaj Kostka made a kick off. Wincent Bartoszek charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Wincent Bartoszek the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to GKS Bełchatów 1977 getting a freekick after 55 minutes play.
