In the 7th minute, Herkules Dabrowa's Emil Czeszejko dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ludomir Wojtkiewicz got free with Kazimierz Kempka in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Kazimierz Kempka took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cezary Rykaczewski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hugon Wykowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Radomil Borowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. In the 16th match minute, Herkules Dabrowa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cezary Rykaczewski to maneuver through the defense. Kazimierz Kempka came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Herkules Dabrowa's Gwidon Glembin. But to his dismay, Gwidon Glembin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Herkules Dabrowa's Hugon Wykowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stefan Rzeszutko in the 28th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aleksander Drugi during the 29th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 34 played minutes Herkules Dabrowa got a freekick which was hit by Andrzej Cetnar. Herkules Dabrowa's Hugon Wykowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stefan Rzeszutko in the 36th minute of play. 42 minutes into the match, REAL MADRID C.F's goalkeeper Kazimierz Kempka had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gwidon Glembin. Kazimierz Kempka took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ludomir Wojtkiewicz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Cezary Rykaczewski made the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cezary Rykaczewski in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kazimierz Kempka saved REAL MADRID C.F from getting behind. When Emil Czeszejko came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Herkules Dabrowa fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Emil Czeszejko couldn't finish the play. Cezary Rykaczewski hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Kazimierz Kempka showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emil Czeszejko in the 61st minute of the match. After 63 minutes REAL MADRID C.F's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Cezary Rykaczewski who took care of the corner kick. Kazimierz Kempka showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cezary Rykaczewski, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. After 66 minutes, Gwidon Glembin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Herkules Dabrowa and the REAL MADRID C.F players grew even worse after the yellow card. Herkules Dabrowa's Cezary Rykaczewski got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cezary Rykaczewski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
