The referee ignored Jachimowice SA's protests and gave Przemyslaw Mios a yellow card for diving instead. After 26 played minutes Jachimowice SA got a freekick which was hit by Przemyslaw Mios. Mieszko Nikodemski hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Grzegorz Giejda in the 32nd minute of play forced Jachimowice SA's goalkeeper Eugeniusz Bycofski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Przemyslaw Mios fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zbyszek Basaik having to interfere. Rafal Lichorobiec sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 42 minutes into the match, Bartlomiej Domarecki had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Eugeniusz Bycofski. Jachimowice SA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bartlomiej Domarecki was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bartlomiej Domarecki got free with Eugeniusz Bycofski in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rafal Lichorobiec made a kick off. 52 minutes into the match, FC Malina's goalkeeper Zbyszek Basaik had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rafal Lichorobiec. Bartlomiej Domarecki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, FC Malina's Zbyszek Basaik got control of the ball when Rafal Lichorobiec tried to sneak it across the goal line. Wlodzimierz Gorzkiewicz kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Jachimowice SA's Rafal Lichorobiec got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Zbyszek Basaik took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rafal Lichorobiec, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Grzegorz Giejda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eugeniusz Bycofski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bartlomiej Domarecki in the 71st minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in FC Malina's zone, Rafal Lichorobiec stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zbyszek Basaik came out of the goal and Rafal Lichorobiec tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ryszard Ramzinski struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Zbyszek Basaik didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Jachimowice SA. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Rafal Lichorobiec managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jachimowice SA's supporters rose to their feet, but Rafal Lichorobiec was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zbyszek Basaik breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
