Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Barnaba Bakes didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tue Lykkestrup went, in the 5th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After a defensive mix-up in Szemrowice SSA's zone, Zachariasz Cytrynski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Barnaba Bakes came out of the goal and Zachariasz Cytrynski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Leon Tylenda recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Szemrowice SSA's Barnaba Bakes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zachariasz Cytrynski in the 13th minute of play. Tanek Pieprz's late challenge caught a Gliwice Piast's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tanek Pieprz helped the player get up and apologised. In the 14th minute, Tanek Pieprz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Barnaba Bakes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tue Lykkestrup, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. 17 minutes into the game, Gliwice Piast's Zachariasz Cytrynski nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Barnaba Bakes made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. After having played for 23 minutes, Aleksander Bochynski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Szemrowice SSA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aleksander Bochynski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tue Lykkestrup in the 30th minute of play forced Szemrowice SSA's goalkeeper Barnaba Bakes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Gliwice Piast booed when Szemrowice SSA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jedrzej Sobania didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 32 minutes, Radomir Mochowak managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gliwice Piast's supporters crossed their fingers, but Radomir Mochowak was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Szemrowice SSA's Bogumil Bielatowicz got a free kick in the 40th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zachariasz Cytrynski in the 44th minute of play forced Szemrowice SSA's goalkeeper Barnaba Bakes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 45th minute, Jedrzej Sobania hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Aleksander Bochynski to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Gliwice Piast booed when Szemrowice SSA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teofil Hendzel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Radomir Mochowak took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 52nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Barnaba Bakes. Szemrowice SSA's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Gliwice Piast's Damazy Mikulski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kacper Ludwiczak in the 55th minute of play. After 59 played minutes Gliwice Piast got a freekick which was hit by Ryszard Kosowski. A collision led to Gliwice Piast getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Tue Lykkestrup hit a great ball. 64 minutes into the match, Kacper Ludwiczak notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Gliwice Piast's Damazy Mikulski. Damazy Mikulski was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Barnaba Bakes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zachariasz Cytrynski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 72 minutes into the match, Gliwice Piast's goal looked a bit too open when Andrzej Juszkowski came free, but Damazy Mikulski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Barnaba Bakes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tue Lykkestrup, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zachariasz Cytrynski got free with Barnaba Bakes in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 77 minutes into the game, Zachariasz Cytrynski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-4. Barnaba Bakes was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Szemrowice SSA made a substitution. Korneliusz Przybyciel replaced Klement Wieloch. Szemrowice SSA's Barnaba Bakes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zachariasz Cytrynski in the 84th minute of play. Radowit Skirzynski took the ball and in the 85 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Barnaba Bakes. Barnaba Bakes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-5. Barnaba Bakes made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Zachariasz Cytrynski sent off a good shot on target. When the match was over Gliwice Piast could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Szemrowice SSA throughout the match.
