Góraszka's defense didn't have a chance, in the 17th minute, when Pankracy Rekawiczka scored to the left of an out of position Jerzy Tyskie, making the score, 1-0. In the 21st minute Klement Lichniak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jaroslaw Skonieczny saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 24th minute, Edward Wojtkiewicz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Góraszka fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. In the 29th minute, Tobiasz Czaplicki hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 36thth minute of the game Pankracy Rekawiczka who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Góraszka's Jerzy Tyskie was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jaroslaw Skonieczny showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Klement Lichniak in the 47th minute of the match. A collision led to CF Villa Legend getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Bogdan Brysz hit a great ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Pankracy Rekawiczka was the one to do the kick off. Góraszka's Jerzy Tyskie played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gilbert Werra in the 53rd minute of play. With an all-out effort, Góraszka's Jaroslaw Skonieczny threw himself towards the right post 56 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Eugeniusz Drugi, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Gilbert Werra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jerzy Tyskie having to interfere. If Gilbert Werra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pankracy Rekawiczka fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jerzy Tyskie having to interfere. Jaroslaw Skonieczny was a little too slow when Alfred Kapinos got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 70th minute. The score was now 1-2. In the 75th match minute, Góraszka was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roch Januszewski to maneuver through the defense. Gilbert Werra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jerzy Tyskie having to interfere. Jerzy Tyskie showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pankracy Rekawiczka in the 80th minute of the match. Alfred Kapinos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Jaroslaw Skonieczny made a huge save. In the 86th minute Klement Lichniak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jaroslaw Skonieczny saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dobromir Boruta hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. The Góraszka supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Góraszka would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
