The tension between the Katowice MN and the Królewo SA players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 9th minute, Tibet Adaş hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gilbert Marek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ksawery Sawicki having to interfere. Stefan Rusu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Ksawery Sawicki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Isko Wallden was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a little luck, Katowice MN's Isko Wallden got control of the ball when Wlodzimierz Mroczynski tried to sneak it across the goal line. Królewo SA were furious when Radowit Basinski was red carded, 41 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. One of Królewo SA:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Katowice MN:s goal. 44 minutes had been played when some careless play by Królewo SA's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Katowice MN's Stefan Rusu got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Wlodzimierz Mroczynski stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Tibet Adaş managed to get in a good position for a shot. Katowice MN's supporters rose to their feet, but Tibet Adaş was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ksawery Sawicki breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 58 minutes into the match, Wlodzimierz Mroczynski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Isko Wallden. Katowice MN's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Wlodzimierz Mroczynski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. After 61 played minutes Królewo SA got a freekick which was hit by Witalis Marczyniec. In the 73rd minute, Stefan Rusu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Katowice MN fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. After a defensive mix-up in Królewo SA's zone, Gilbert Marek stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ksawery Sawicki came out of the goal and Gilbert Marek tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Królewo SA booed when Katowice MN was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dobromir Pochorylo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 84 minutes, Wlodzimierz Mroczynski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Królewo SA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wlodzimierz Mroczynski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 89 minutes into the game, Gilbert Marek was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Katowice MN's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Królewo SA the free kick. Gilbert Marek kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. With his leg Ksawery Sawicki managed to avoid a goal in the 93rdth minute, when Katowice MN's Stefan Rusu fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side.
