Lubjewen's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Zegrze SA the free kick. The supporters of Zegrze SA booed when Lubjewen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kacper Dunajski didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 13th minute of the match Kacper Ptaszek sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Kazimierz Noworolnik skillfully saved the ball. Sivert Nyman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kazimierz Noworolnik having to interfere. After 18 played minutes Zegrze SA got a freekick which was hit by Pawel Szkarpiak. Sivert Nyman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Kazimierz Noworolnik tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dadá Arantes struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Kazimierz Noworolnik didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Zegrze SA. After some careless play in the Lubjewen defense, Dadá Arantes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kazimierz Noworolnik. The Lubjewen fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kazimierz Noworolnik should have stopped the shot. Daniel Tomiczek made in the 30th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Benedykt Pluciennik. Zegrze SA's Mateusz Komanski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by José Augusto Cabral in the 39th minute of play. José Augusto Cabral scored 1-1 in the 44th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mateusz Komanski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for José Augusto Cabral to strike the kick off in the second half.
