Pawel Ligas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wictor Uldbrandt in the 21st minute of the match. Roman Zbikowski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Iwo Drapinski made a huge save. Kawki's Iwo Drapinski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Michal Scigan in the 48th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Leszek Panasewicz made a kick off. In the 52nd minute, Marek Huratiak ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Iwo Drapinski was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. A hard shot by Donats Kajūns from long distance, 56 minutes into the match, got Pawel Ligas's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. In the 64th match minute, Kawki was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wawrzyniec Merski to maneuver through the defense. After 84 minutes of play, Süssenberg SA's Michal Scigan made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kawki's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Süssenberg SA the free kick. A collision led to Kawki getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Leszek Panasewicz hit a great ball. Iwo Drapinski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wlodzimierz Zawacki in the 95th minute of play. Süssenberg SA walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
