Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Zbyszek Gacki took the kick off in the first half of the match. Juliusz Mikulski was out of position in the 8 minute of play, and Zbyszek Gacki capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Zbyszek Gacki really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. 10 minutes into the match, KS Elbląg's goal looked a bit too open when Zbyszek Gacki came free, but Juliusz Mikulski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fryderyk Kaczor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Florian Fedosz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 22 minutes into the match, GKS Tychy's goal looked a bit too open when Gustaw Szarmach came free, but Florian Fedosz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. KS Elbląg's Fryderyk Kaczor got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 25 minutes, Gustaw Szarmach put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Florian Fedosz. Florian Fedosz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gustaw Szarmach in the 38th minute of the match. 40 minutes into the match, KS Elbląg's goalkeeper Juliusz Mikulski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Artur Mazurkiewicz. Gustaw Szarmach took the ball and in the 46 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Florian Fedosz. Florian Fedosz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Olgierd Wietrzychowski to strike the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zbyszek Gacki in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Juliusz Mikulski saved KS Elbląg from getting behind. Zbyszek Gacki might have been able to make a better finish in the 65th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Juliusz Mikulski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Zbyszek Gacki ran back to his position shaking his head. Juliusz Mikulski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Artur Mazurkiewicz in the 66th minute of play. GKS Tychy's Florian Fedosz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustaw Szarmach in the 68th minute of play. If Artur Mazurkiewicz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 82 minutes into the match, KS Elbląg's goal looked a bit too open when Zbyszek Gacki came free, but Juliusz Mikulski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fryderyk Kaczor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in GKS Tychy's zone, Fryderyk Kaczor stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Florian Fedosz came out of the goal and Fryderyk Kaczor tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Olgierd Wietrzychowski in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Florian Fedosz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 89 played minutes GKS Tychy got a freekick which was hit by Wladyslaw Gaszynski. 94 minutes into the match, GKS Tychy's goal looked a bit too open when Fryderyk Kaczor came free, but Florian Fedosz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Florian Fedosz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Olgierd Wietrzychowski's shot from short distance in the 95th minute. KS Elbląg's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
