But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cyryl Kloczko couldn't finish the play. Cyryl Kloczko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Jan Wasikowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cyryl Kloczko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jan Wasikowski having to interfere. The Ks Szamotuły players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Wisła Kraków were winning 1-2.

In the 94th match minute, Wisła Kraków was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Miroslaw Skoroda to maneuver through the defense. 95 minutes into the match, Wisła Kraków's goal looked a bit too open when Zdzislaw Zatorski came free, but Henrik Kuokkanen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 96th minute, Czeslaw Trzenzalski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the final whistle sounded Wisła Kraków left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Ks Szamotuły.
