If Tobiasz Wyrzykowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Bogdan Weyna fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored GKS Katowice's protests and gave Bogdan Weyna a yellow card for diving instead. In the 17th minute there was a penalty for Radzanów. Igor Pachucki stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Levente Kiss. 0-1. Korneliusz Wielowiejski kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, GKS Katowice's Slawomir Imbor got a free kick in the 21st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andrzej Klucznik in the 32nd minute of play forced GKS Katowice's goalkeeper Levente Kiss to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Grzegorz Giejda was out of position in the 35 minute of play, and Roch Malik capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Roch Malik really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roch Malik in the 41st minute of play forced Radzanów's goalkeeper Grzegorz Giejda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. GKS Katowice's attentive Tobiasz Wyrzykowski managed to snatch the ball when Dawid Ludwiczak made a throw-in in the 44th minute of the game.

The wind increased when Roch Malik made the kick off in the second half. Korneliusz Wielowiejski came free with the goalkeeper in the 52nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Levente Kiss could save by the left post. In the 58th minute, Roch Malik made a precise shot to the right of Grzegorz Giejda. Radzanów's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. After a rather tough play, GKS Katowice's Slawomir Imbor got a free kick in the 69th minute. Andrzej Klucznik's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 71stth minute, Levente Kiss skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. With a little luck, GKS Katowice's Levente Kiss got control of the ball when Korneliusz Wielowiejski tried to sneak it across the goal line. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. GKS Katowice fully deserved thier win.
