The crowd rose to their feet as Bernard Labus kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Florian Wielkopolski. That made the score 1-0 in the 2 minute of play. Marek Snaza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tolek Majdoch, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Wincent Lichucki hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Bycina SSA's Florian Wielkopolski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Bycina SSA from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in Bycina SSA's zone, Miroslaw Karbowski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Florian Wielkopolski came out of the goal and Miroslaw Karbowski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With his leg Florian Wielkopolski managed to avoid a goal in the 24thth minute, when ESPANIOLA's Miromir Dziurowicz fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The supporters of ESPANIOLA booed when Bycina SSA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aureliusz Tyskie didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 30 minutes of play, ESPANIOLA's Miromir Dziurowicz made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Florian Wielkopolski was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 37th minute the ball was on its way in behind ESPANIOLA's goalkeeper Marek Snaza, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Grzegorz Debowy kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Aureliusz Tyskie charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aureliusz Tyskie the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 45 played minutes Bycina SSA got a freekick which was hit by Aureliusz Tyskie. 48 minutes had been played when some careless play by Bycina SSA's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Remigiusz Patora was slow to take the kick. During this time ESPANIOLA's players had a chance to rest. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Miroslaw Karbowski made a kick off. Marek Snaza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Kasperowicz in the 55th minute of play. In the 61st match minute, ESPANIOLA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Remigiusz Patora to maneuver through the defense. 62 minutes into the match, Bycina SSA's Grzegorz Debowy broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Miromir Dziurowicz kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. 71 minutes into the game, ESPANIOLA's Miroslaw Karbowski nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Florian Wielkopolski made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. Tolek Majdoch fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marek Snaza having to interfere. 81 minutes into the game, ESPANIOLA's Miromir Dziurowicz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Florian Wielkopolski made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-1. Florian Wielkopolski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Miromir Dziurowicz in the 85th minute of the match. ESPANIOLA's Miromir Dziurowicz got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Miromir Dziurowicz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Miromir Dziurowicz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Florian Wielkopolski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Miroslaw Karbowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. ESPANIOLA were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Bycina SSA for a fine match.
