Bernard Jaroszewicz's late challenge caught a Zagłębie Sosnowiec's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bernard Jaroszewicz helped the player get up and apologised. Mr.CAT's Ludomir Ruszczyk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgar Gdowski in the 5th minute of play. In the 7th minute, Zachariasz Piglowski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Zagłębie Sosnowiec booed when Mr.CAT was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zachariasz Piglowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 11th minute, Mr.CAT's Zachariasz Piglowski fired away a free kick that almost went in the goal. Robert Mitus was prepared for the shot, but didn't have to make a play as the shot flew over the goal. 13 minutes into the match, Rafal Faron had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Robert Mitus. Zagłębie Sosnowiec's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rafal Faron was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Bernard Jaroszewicz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Robert Mitus having to interfere. Bogumil Radzyminski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Robert Mitus having to interfere. In the 23rd minute, Bernard Jaroszewicz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Zagłębie Sosnowiec's Zachariasz Hludzenski got his second yellow card of the match in the 24th minute. The referee ordered Zachariasz Hludzenski off the ground. Robert Mitus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernard Jaroszewicz in the 36th minute of the match. Bernard Jaroszewicz scored 0-3 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Robert Mitus, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Bernard Jaroszewicz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mr.CAT's supporters rose to their feet, but Bernard Jaroszewicz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Robert Mitus breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 43rdth minute of the game Zachariasz Piglowski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Zagłębie Sosnowiec's Robert Mitus was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Bernard Jaroszewicz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Robert Mitus didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Zachariasz Piglowski went, in the 46th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. After the first half Mr.CAT were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Robert Mitus was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a defensive mix-up in Zagłębie Sosnowiec's zone, Bogumil Radzyminski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Robert Mitus came out of the goal and Bogumil Radzyminski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bernard Jaroszewicz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Robert Mitus didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Zachariasz Piglowski went, in the 77th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-6 was the resulting score. The audience was convinced that Zachariasz Piglowski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Robert Mitus was relentless in the 81st minute of the game. Robert Mitus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernard Jaroszewicz, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Zachariasz Piglowski took the ball and in the 84 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Robert Mitus. Robert Mitus dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-7. Bernard Jaroszewicz might have been able to make a better finish in the 87th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Robert Mitus. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bernard Jaroszewicz ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 89th minute, Zachariasz Piglowski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Robert Mitus didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Mr.CAT's Zachariasz Piglowski shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-8 in the ordered_time% minute. After having played for 95 minutes, Rafal Faron managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mr.CAT's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rafal Faron was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mr.CAT's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
